四、鑄鐵鑲銅方閘門選用須知：
2、啟閉機應依據表中啟閉力及自動化水平確定，詳細可參考啟閉機樣本。
3、平臺設計負荷應思索正反雙向接受（封閉力參考開啟力）。
4、軸導架是依據井深不同而設定的，設計時應與聯軸器不干預；
5、任務時整條螺桿，聯軸器、閘板都做上下挪動爲明桿閘門，任務是螺桿不挪動，閘板上下挪動稱爲暗桿閘門。
6、方向承壓閘門應選用時應注明，正向承壓閘門當用于隨受麼向水壓時，水頭應<2.5m;
7、暗桿閘門宜裝于景色區或路途兩頭的窖井內，此種閘門自帶開啟安裝，不需公用啟閉機；
8、訂貨時應注明H，并注明獨自閘門（與配套啟閉機）的詳細稱號、型號、規格；
9、本廠可承制其它資料（不銹鋼、碳鋼、鋁合金、塑料）或特殊形工閘門；
10、本廠供貨不含任何預埋件。

五、鑄鐵鑲銅閘門用處：
鑄鐵鑲銅方閘門又名鑄鐵閘門，次要用于給排水、防汛、灌溉、水利、水電工程中，用來截止、疏浚水流或起調理水位的作用，依據建立部通用規范和美國AWWA規范設計消費。它采用共同的外弧形設計，構造合理、受力平均，采用優質灰口鑄鐵或球墨鑄鐵、不銹鋼制造，止水密封面鑲銅條或橡膠，并經精細加工后配研，到達立體接觸密封，密封功能好，當密封止水功能下降時，可經過楔塊安裝的調整加以處理。
